As specialists in circular steel construction, we make circularity tangible and demonstrable. Our steel structures are designed for multiple life cycles and are suitable for disassembly, reuse, and adaptation. In doing so, we help clients stay ahead of developments such as Paris Proof construction, stricter MPG requirements, and future reporting obligations.

Circulairstaal® richt zich volledig op circulaire en duurzame staaloplossingen. We ontwerpen stalen constructies die niet alleen voldoen aan de duurzaamheidsambities van vandaag, maar ook toekomstbestendig zijn. Dit bereiken we door circulair staal toe te passen met een lage MKI en CO2-uitstoot, demontabele verbindingen te integreren en constructies te ontwerpen die geschikt zijn voor hergebruik. Daarnaast ondersteunen we projecten bij het leveren van Paris Proof stalen constructies, waarmee we actief bijdragen aan klimaatdoelstellingen.

Our approach starts at the design stage. Through modular dimensions and demountable detailing, we ensure that steel structures are easy to disassemble and adapt. In material selection, we focus on efficiency, minimal environmental impact, and maximum residual value. During production and assembly, we use prefabrication with connectors (dry connections), reducing waste. Finally, we make circularity transparent by substantiating (CO2) performance with MKI scores, LCA certificates, and BCI reports—fully aligned with current and future legislation.

In de praktijk blijkt dat circulaire staalconstructie aantoont dat duurzaamheid en bouwbaarheid hand in hand gaan. Onze projecten tonen aan dat het mogelijk is om staalconstructies te realiseren met een lagere milieubelasting zonder concessies te doen aan functionaliteit of economische haalbaarheid. Door circulair te ontwerpen en te bouwen, is het resultaat niet alleen een duurzaam gebouw, maar ook een constructie met langetermijnwaarde.

A steel structure by Circulairstaal® enables emission-free construction: during transport and assembly, we can choose to maximize the reduction of CO2 or nitrogen oxides (NOx). This makes the solution particularly suitable for nitrogen-sensitive projects and future-proof construction challenges.

Great question. At Circulairstaal®, everything we deliver is fully traceable, from origin to future destination. With recognised certifications, LCAs, and material passports, you can see in black and white the impact you avoid.

Because circular construction is the way to build future-proof, offering lower environmental impact, greater design freedom, and higher material value retention. Traditional building kicks problems down the road. With circular building you keep control over the value and flexibility of your project, and you can often benefit from subsidies and tax incentives. We can help with that.

Not if you approach it smartly. Our solutions meet the highest aesthetic and technical standards. Reused materials are finished so well they are often indistinguishable from "new." Thanks to lower waste costs, higher residual value, and flexible buildings, the total cost of ownership is often even lower.

All materials are rigorously inspected and certified wherever possible. You get the same warranties as with new materials. Plus, circular components are easy to replace or reuse, without demolition and without risks.
